Another cooking entry.
CHEESE RAVIOLI!
It was actually real simple to do!
Pasta Dough:
2 cups flour
3 eggs
Pinch of salt
Rolling pin
Pizza cutter
Fork
Filling:
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese.
D rolling out the dough for the ravioli.
Paste squares filled with the cheese filling and about to be folded together with the forks.
Rolling Pin and HUGE ravioli piece we made for fun!
Finished ravioli pieces before being dumped in a pot of boiling water.
Finished product! (: Topped with Spaghetti sauce (also home made), Parmesan cheese, and chopped Basil.
I love cooking more than I love eating. hahhaa. If y'all want me to cook for you guys just give me a heads up! (I am poor though...you better supply the ingredients! xP)

The most amazing-
BROWNIES. EVER. Walnut and Caramel...and special ingredients. >:D
Man. MAAAAAN. Man. The walnuts. The Caramel. ohh man.
This is what pms-ing does to you- makes you want chocolate. Even for a person like me- who DOES NOT like sweets (esp. chocolate) in general. Man, I am digging this stuff. xD
On another note!
This is how I look like this this amazingly pretty dress my daddy bought me. I can no longer exchange this dress at Forever 21 so instead I am making it a personal goal for my BOOBS to fit into it nice and snuggly. Forever 21 makes dresses for typical Asian girls, but as you can see I am no average Asian girl. I am way taller..and chubbier...and I have huge boobs. ><
I am doing lots of exercise so I can lose weight to fit into it. (:

Lately...
So, I realized I haven't updated for a while, so I am gonna list some memorable things I've done or thought was interesting over the past month.
How I met your mother:
Ted: You're not... Moby, are you?
Not Moby: Who?
Ted: The recording artist, Moby.
Not Moby: Oh, no.
Ted: Then why, when we said "Hey, Moby" did you come over here?
Not Moby: Oh, I thought you said Tony.
Ted: So your name's Tony?
Not Moby: No.
Barney: It's gonna be legend-... wait for it... and I hope you're not lactose intolerant because the second half of that word is DAIRY!
Those, my friends are some of my favorite scenes from How I met your mother, the t.v. show. ( I spent a lot of time watching that show. I love N.P.H.)
For the Fourth of July Weekend, my grandma came to visit from HK, and my cousin/uncle came to visit from NY. This meant tourist-y trips to SF, Oakland, and Davis. Lots of shopping, sight seeing and yummy food was involved. (:
yee- turtle made outta bread in SF. (:
ok, too many pictures I want to post up, but it would be ridic.
I went to a wedding in Santa Cruz on July 6th..or was it 7th? Right after the wedding I headed over to Sunset Beach for some Camping.
This last weekend, I went to a party with D and his family where I met M, L, Y&Y. They are really cool people who can suuure handle their alcohol. :O
This fall, I will be going to community college- I HAVE TO TAKE THIS STUPID ASSESMENT TEST FOR MATH. ): Math is def. not my strong suit. Thank god D is kind enough to help me review. <3
